We want you to love what shows up at your door. If you don't, we'll fix it.
Every shirt is printed to order just for you, so we're unable to accept returns for sizing or change of heart. We'd love to get it right the first time — our size guide can help with that.
But if something's actually wrong? That's on us.
It arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted. Send us a photo within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer. You probably won't need to send anything back.
We sent you the wrong item. That's our mistake. We'll ship the right one immediately. Keep the wrong one — give it to a friend, donate it, whatever you'd like.
It never showed up. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, let us know. We'll send another one or give you your money back. Simple.
Need to cancel or change something? Email us as soon as you can after ordering. Once production starts we can't always pull it back, but if you catch us in time we'll sort it out.
Reach us at support@bookedaway.shop. Include your order number and a photo if something's wrong. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Refunds hit your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
