We make shirts for people who cancel plans to finish a book. That's it.

Booked Away started because we couldn't find cozy mystery apparel we'd actually want to wear — everything was either too cutesy, too generic, or looked like it was designed by someone who'd never read an Agatha Christie novel. So we made our own.

Every tee is crafted from ethically grown, premium cotton that's soft from day one. The designs are quiet enough for a coffee run but loud enough for a fellow sleuth to spot you across a bookstore and nod. That nod? That's what we're making clothes for.

We're a small, US-based team that prints and ships everything from right here in the States. We're not trying to dress everyone — just the ones who know that a perfect rainy afternoon, a good whodunit, and a fresh cup of tea is the best kind of day there is.
